The Deep Blue Die Cut Decoupage Collection is designed and manufactured by Small Beauties. All their Decoupage sheets are pre-cut and can be popped out with your fingers. No need to cut out with scissors.
Small Beauties designs feature very high quality photographic images. This Deep Blue design is printed on 175gsm paper which is acid and lignin free (to prevent yellowing) then individually wrapped in acid free cellophane.
Each sheet has 3 different designs featuring Delphiniums and Hyacinths.
